The Power Of letting go with velocity.

In this episode, I will teach you a very powerful but simple tactic that you can use to liberate yourself from the past so that you can ultimately move forward as your best self.

Many people carry a ton of weight from their past. If you really think about it, it’s incredible how much energy we give to those events, event those that happened a long time ago. And in many cases, it’s preventing us from changing our way of being.

You may not be conscious of the fact that a certain action you take or the reasons you come up with that something will not work out is all because you’ve wired your brain to think in that way in the past.

The truth is your past may be preventing you from succeeding in the present, simply because of the way you perceive certain events that happened a long time ago. Whatever meaning you assigned to those situations could be haunting you now, whether you realize it or not.

I’m going to share with you a simple trick you can do to quickly liberate yourself from your past so you can have a fresh new beginning.

Are you ready to bust through into new levels of performance?

We all deserve a second chance in life and this powerful strategy will help you forget all about those negative situations you’ve experienced.

I guarantee that if you do this once or twice a day, you will find yourself living powerfully in the present and in a state of massive action.

This trick will keep you moving forward with velocity. If you are ready to move forward and truly forget about your past, the first thing you need to do is to forgive yourself for whatever past situation you’re thinking about at this very moment.

I want you to first take three deep breaths, then I want you to verbally declare:

“I forgive myself for…” and then say out loud whatever situation is bothering you.

For example, I forgive my sister for lying to me. I forgive my ex-business partner for screwing me over. It doesn’t matter what your story is because everyone has a story, but you should never underestimate the power of forgiveness.

Next, I want you to say out loud:

“I forgive myself for XXXXX” or “I forgive XYZ person for whatever they did.”

After verbalizing these issues from your past, you will no longer have troublesome thoughts taking up space in the back of your brain. You will be able to move forward with unstoppable velocity.
